Sir,
Subject: Misappropriation of Anjali Apartment Funds
1. As per available
records, you and Mr. Arindam Mukherjee (representing his father, Mr. R.
Mukherjee of Flat No. 7) are looking after the maintenance of the Anjali
Apartment since
February 2010.
After I sent you a registered letter dated
21-3-2013 which was posted again on 4-4-2013, I was provided with a bunch of
photo-copies of the Cash-Register of Anjali Apartment maintained by Mr. Arindam,
in the meeting held on May 26.
This cash-book shows the following expenses for
repairs of the Pump & Pipes, during the F.Y.2012-13:
05-04-2012 Pump Repairs 2,000.00
08-04-2012 Pump Repairs 5,000.00
09-04-2012 Pump Repairs 1,000.00
15-04-2012 Pump Repairs 1,500.00
14-06-2012 Pipe Repairs 1,260.00
12-09-2012 Pipe Repairs 1,440.00
21-01-2013 Advance for Pipe Repair 1,000.00
24-01-2013 Advance for Pipe Repair 500.00
03-02-2013 Pipe Line materials 1,237.00
As there had been no cause or need for such
repairs, I allege that these entries are totally false and concocted to siphon off the
funds. About similar amounts have been debited in previous two years also under
one head or more.
2. In this
context, I would like to mention here some related incidents/facts also:
A. You have failed
to publish the periodical statement of Accounts of the Anjali Apartment, as a
duty. You even did not oblige in spite of my registered letter of 21st March.
This shows your arrogant or tyrannical behaviour in the building, and therefore
no other flat-owner dares to question you.
B. I had sought
some accounts related information from Mr. Arindam. He approached me in the morning of 27th June
2013 and was accompanied by Mr. Somnath Daw, owner of Flat No. 6. Their aim was
to physically manhandle me after starting a dialogue, to silent my voice
against exposing these misdeeds. Else, Mr. Arindam could have peacefully
expressed his inability to furnish the information in lieu of initiating a
quarrel. The audio of this episode is duly recorded.
C. Mr.
Somnath Daw acted like a “goonda” in the aforesaid quarrel and threatened me terribly.
He also boasted that he will buy out the police by paying rupees one thousand to suppress if
I complain, and will continue his atrocities on me. His statement is well
preserved in the aforesaid audio recording.
The above references Para 1
& 2 (A, B & C) are sufficient to prove that you three flat
owners have assumed all the powers by hook or crook to divert the funds of Anjali
for personal gains and enough for my further action.

for your information, and if you desire, you may clarify your position.
